Canapé Champignons 

We have been working with the weighing machines for many years now, and as a result we have been in contact with each other for a long time. Since we were one of the first to work with a weighing machine, there has always been and still is the opportunity to contribute to the improvement process of the machine. At Canapé, our focus is not on achieving the highest output, but rather on creating the most efficient output. That is the reason why we continue to choose these weighing machines.

Our introduction to RAMTEQ was a very positive experience. It felt natural right from the start. When we got in touch with Tom, he immediately addressed the key points of attention. We already had experience with this machine and therefore knew what to expect. This was partly because we were among the first to work with the new version of the weighing line. Especially in the Netherlands, you notice that it is important to be very critical about costs. From that perspective, we worked together to achieve greater efficiency and we succeeded.

Our weighing lines are performing well. The machine is smarter than the previous version and offers more settings to further optimize the line. Our current focus is to look even more from the user’s perspective, the operator, to identify where additional optimization and ease of use can be achieved. Together with RAMTEQ, we are tackling this from the software side.

We are now working more efficiently than in the past. The speed is well balanced with what the line can handle, and as a result the weighing line is no longer a bottleneck in the process. On the contrary, it has become a valuable addition. We are very satisfied with the end result.
